The visualization above shows the geographic distribution of protection incidents reported by migrants on the move from the Horn of Africa (Eritrea, Ethiopia and Somalia). Since late 2014, 4Mi field monitors are interviewing migrants in migration hotspots along the different migration routes within and from the Horn of Africa on a continuous basis. Incidents which took place in a given country have been grouped to create a country profile showing the prevalence of incidents and the nationality of migrants interviewed in a specific country.
